This year, Bourbon County Brand Wheatwine makes its debut. It is made from two-row and malted wheat. Since Barleywine in 2013, which is the first recipe to deviate from the original Imperial Stout, Wheatwine has been lighter in color and functions as a true medium to communicate the qualities of our 4+ year old Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. The flavors of caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, and toffee are abundant in wheatwine.
